Big ISC-Petrol-Station-Test in Poland

In July 2007 International Service Check carried out a series of surveys covering 6 networks of petrol stations in Poland (BP, Jet-Łukoil, Lotos, Orlen, Shell, and Statoil).

Petrol stations are not visited for leisure nor specific shopping (as shopping centres). What customers want there is a fast and reliable service. In ISCs survey 18 petrol stations in both large and average sized cities within . The survey started from 29th June and ended on 8th July 2007. Each outlet was investigated, mainly for quality of service, cleanliness, order and  presentation of products. Efficient development of client’s loyalty was the priority.
